Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Handling and Transit Time:

  • We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Typical order processing times for computers are 3 to 5 business days.
  • Orders placed outside of regular business hours will be received on the next business day.

General Information:

  • We reserve the right to choose the shipping method and carrier of our choosing, regardless of your selection.
  • For items with calculated shipping, we charge actual shipping rates plus a small packaging fee (usually $1-4) to cover materials used.
  • Items will be shipped to the address provided with your payment. No exceptions. No, not even just this once.
  • We can not ship items on your UPS / Fedex / DHL account. However, if you wish to provide us with a pre-paid shipping label, we can often accommodate such a request.
  • We do not ship to PO boxes. Shipping addresses containing "PO Box", "Box", "PMB", or similar will be delayed or canceled.

Local Pickup

Many computers are built to order, so an appointment required in order to ensure your computer is ready. Please contact us after placing your order.

Warranty

We offer 30 day, 90 day, or 1 year warranty. Please refer to the product description for warranty length. Warranty covers parts and labor only; software (where applicable) is not covered. For products offering a warranty longer than 30 days, after 30 days we will provide a repair or replacement only.

Please contact us for an RMA#. Once an RMA is issued, simply ship to the computer to us as instructed. We'll take care of the return shipment back to you.

Returns

If you aren't happy with your item and there is no warranty-able defect, you may still return it within 30 days. We will refund payment for the item only, which does not including shipping charges, which are paid to the carrier. We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 15% for any non-defective returns.

  • All returns require an RMA#. Be sure the RMA# is clearly visible on the outside of the package.
  • Eligible items must be postmarked within 7 days of issue of RMA#.
  • Unless otherwise instructed, return all items, including the original packing material, in the condition in which you received them.
  • Ensure the items are safely and securely packaged in order to prevent shipping damage. We are not liable for additional damages incurred during return shipping.
  • If your items suffered damage in shipping, you MUST contact us for additional RMA instructions. We will typically ask for pictures of the damaged item and packaging. Retain packaging and all other items until otherwise instructed. We may refuse any damaged shipment which does not have an RMA number.
  • Be sure to use a shipping method that offers tracking or delivery confirmation.
  • Most refunds are issued within 2 business days after we receive the returned item(s).
